Michael Lee, M.D.
Born in Boston, Mass., Michael A. Lee M.D. graduated from Yale University in 1984 with a B.A. in Electrical Engineering Sciences. After he graduated from medical school in 1988 at McGill University in Canada, he did his pediatric residency at the Boston Floating Hospital for Infants & Children/Tufts – New England Medical Center.
In 1991 he began his private general pediatric practice at Dedham Medical Associates (DMA), a 70-physician multi-specialty group outside of Boston. He was President of the Board of Directors of DMA from 1998-2002.
He is currently Chairman of the Board of HealthOne Care Systems, Inc., a new parent entity of four major medical groups encompassing 600,000 patients in the greater Boston area.
Since 1993 he has served as Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Tufts University, School of Medicine where he is in charge of supervision and teaching of pediatric residents for their outpatient clinic experience.
Dr. Lee is especially interested in the incorporation of medical technology into clinical practice and is fluent in French.
Dr. Lee is an advisory board member for Teton Data Systems, MedAptus, Inc., the Children’s Hospital of Boston, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
